Excellent ambience, especially during early mornings, late evenings and later. Very few shaded areas for seating or resting. Northern end has many food, toy stalls

No tickets !! Great place to spend leisure time!! Beware of beggars !!

Beach is beautiful, but need more security in evening time, drug using team is camp here. Family mostly come from another district need more freedom to enjoy their time with family without any problems. Calicut is good city, people are very polite in behaviour. Lot of staues and sculptures are setted part of beach modernisation, WiFi is allowed free by service providers BSNL and Jio.. Public toilet services available under swachh bharat movement setted by calicut corporation.
