Souq Al Buhair is a unique kind of supermarket in the city. They have a huge variety of items from eatables to daily needs to house hold things to decorative items and many more. They also have a good collection of Islamic books as well. A variety of imported items are available here like imported chocolates, wafers, drinks, eatables, perfumes, atr, etc. The owner is also polite n humble. The location is easily accessible and has good parking space as well. Overall, a nice place to shop groceries.

I don't recommend anyone to go there. They behave very badly with me, an already damage product was kept on shelves and it dropped and they start saying it was my fault I have to pay for it. The product was not damaged just it's paper covering teared off more than earlier. I even ask for CCTV and they knows that it's their fault and said"Use hi to krna hain krlo", I mean what's wrong with them.. But I just paid for it, don't have time for argument. But their behaviour it was so rude. It was my first time there and horrible experience.

This is a very poor Mart for online service. They promise to deliver with in 5 to 6 days and also charge separately for delivery. But their order doesn't reach in even 20 days . Over that they keep on calling and talk rudely with customers. Though they sell in sell price but mental peace is what they charge. Please do not buy anything from here

Some of the staff are really sweet while a couple like the one at the billing counter are very rude. He doesn't know how to behave well with the customers. The owners must straighten him as he is ruining their business by his poor behavior.

I am a regular customer of this place from last few years but with time their behaviour towards customer have changed. The billing counter guy is irresponsible and disrespectful. He never gives you the free items mentioned with the products. He behaves like it's the customer's job to check and ask for that and behaves if you are not paying for the items but they are giving them for free.

Premium Shopping Store in Aligarh. You will find Important items there specially Beverages and Chocolates which you will not find anywhere else.

It's a good place to buy some exclusive products. Would not say very upscale but definitely more expensive than the average stores. You can get decor items, chocolates, perfumes, ittr, books and gift items among other things. The variety is not exhaustive and items are limited. A good place to shop at leisure. Staff is amicable but complacent. You may definitely find some imported items for gifting purpose. Not a place for daily convenience shopping.
