Art Expresssions India is definitely the most beautiful shop and stylish place of Varkala Cliff, precious jewels and gems, but also a magical space for a Sound Healing session with the owner Zahid who creates a cozy atmosphere and special energy. My journey through the sound healing was very relaxing and I could felt the vibrations of the sound very deep in, flowing my inner energy and relaxing my body and mind, after the session calmed my anxiety and could sleep like a baby. Feeling more balanced. Zahid is very profesional and welcoming person. Good Vibes! This Sound healing experience was my first time but no the last one. Thank you

I chose to do sound healing session with my partner whilst we were in Varkala. The experience was completely unique, very therapeutic and we both found it very insightful. Zaid was friendly, easily contactable and provided good feedback following the session. It was very good value for money and I would definitely recommend it to others.

This is just beautifully crafted place. The ambience is so welcoming and beautiful. I tried their sound healing therapy, it was so good and I felt so calm and peaceful. The healer/owner were kind enough to welcome me irrespective of me being late by an hour. The place is must visit for healing therapy and their authentic beautiful collections.

I tried Sound healing for the first time in my life and with Zahid facilitating it, it was the definitely a great experience. I went into sound healing only knowing about it a little. The sense of security and ease that Zahid provided as soon as we met was important in order to go through the experience. He was very accommodating of the timings and really good and easy to talk to. The experience in itself was very calming and relaxing. It was important for me, coming out of a year that was so uncertain and helped me wind down. Zahid explained the intricacies of sound healing with such clarity and communicated what he observed throughout the experience. I don't know how he knew exactly what I felt while going through the experience, but this points out to the bigger fact that we humans have the capability to connect which each other at a deeper level. I had a really great sound healing experience with Zaid! He is very knowledgeable and intuitive and creates a really safe and calm space. I actually went twice and could see the difference from the first to the second time in terms of my body and mind accepting the healing. The shop is really beautiful and Zaid is very caring!
