Worst experience with Billing staff. The 2 ladies at billing dept are utter useless. Always rude and very slow with their work. Every department is understaffed. Need more nurses and more people at the billing department. Only reason to visit the hospital is the doctors and nurses. Dr. Krishna Chaitanya has been extremely nice to us. Thanks to CS rao sir and soumya mam.

I'm writing this review after about 3 years treatment of my father, Dr. ChandraSekhar Rao garu, Dr. Krishna Chaitanya Garu has been a god to us so far in treating my father, as he was sick and was on supportive care we admitted him at Soumya Hospital on the 9th of October, nurse Srilatha and Bharathi were on duty that night, Nurse Srilatha was totally a nightmare -very unprofessional and lack of initiative with dead poor quality of work, I don't think she got enough training to handle the patients by seeing the way she inserted the IV Cannula for my father, later both the nurses were in deep sleep when tried to wake them up to check on my father but in vain, throughout the night until next day morning we waited for other nurses to be back on the duty as I was not in a position to leave my father alone to even go and call the duty doctor, Ward boys were not available when my father needed assistance to go to the washroom and Nurse Srilatha literally didn't bother to call the wardboy and very arrogantly said to use the bed pan (which I already did as the wardboys were away) I still wonder why she has got such a rude behaviour and she is still being employed in such a role where nurses are expected to be empathetic towards the patients or attendents as we are already in pain, and had she taken care of my father -today we wouldn't have lost him, my father left for his final abode on the 10th October as his health deteriorated- still we wouldn't blame the hospital or doctors or anyone else except Srilatha Nurse if that arrogant idiot has been attentive like other nurses- today we wouldn't have been in this situation, Other nurses Lavanya, Mamatha, Ramya, Sapna (excuse if I forgot to mention any other nurses) were all extraordinary in taking care of the patients, more than being nurse-they become your family in sharing our hard times and taking care of the patients, front desk staff- Tanuja madam, Kumari madam were also helpful, Pharmacy staff Basha, Priya from Insurance, Watchmen Sudhakar, and Security person Tirupati everyone was all kind and helpful during our stressful times, even now Soumya hospital is more than a temple for us and the doctors, and the staff are all gods- we will forever be grateful for taking the best care of my father while he was alive, We request the management to take strong action against Nurse Srilatha as she is unfit for a profession where personal care is required for the patients which she is not capable of, otherwise, these types of situations would reoccur, the other nurse Bharathi was slightly better as at least she attended my father in the morning around 8:00 AM to check his BP, others at the Hospital please avoid this pathetic person!! She is probably a recommendation candidate who is on duty without professionalism. You don't want to lose your loved ones because of such stupid creatures...nurse Srilatha - if you are reading this, "You are an utter disaster, change your attitude or you will have an irreplaceable loss in your career-Karma will hit back on you"

It's really very good hospital for cancer patients Doctors also serve to poor people.and special thanks to Dr CSR,and Swomya medam.if any one confused for best hospital I suggest blindly go for this hospital.

Doctor Krishna Chaitanya is god to us, Since we started taking treatment my mother is on path of recovering. Nursing staff Lavanya and Mamatha are simply amazing, they are experts in their field. They handle my mother with utmost care. The main issue of this hospital is concierge staff and billing staff. They are very disrespectful people. They are least bothered about other people and their needs, even if doctors personally inform about patient's background yet they keep ignoring. They rule as per their convince. Only reason to visit this hospital is Doctor Krishna Chaitanya, S Chandrashekar Rao, Nurse Lavanya, Nurse Mamatha.

Un professional behaviour by department of laboratory. There is no communication between billing and lab, sour experience at xray Dr. V Anjaneyulu consultant pathologist behaving and shouting like an animal. Patient was suffering with pains even though the lab was empty he was shouting like an insane on us. We came here and paid lots of amount for a special care. My simple question to management.. are we paying extra for someone to shout on us ?

DR C S Rao sir is very great and Satya Dattatreya sir also so great, my mother is suffering with Cervix Cancer, treatment done at Omega Kurnool, Omega doctors told maximum she is live 6 months ,but she is not relief at that time i was came at satya dattatreya sir, sir excellent treatment done and refer to Rao sir, Rao sir colostomy operation done. Now 13 months completed she is very well. She is done all works own, we are very happy,. I was told thanksful to P S Dattatreya sir and CS Rao sir. Administration and Medical shop people are not respond to time to time, security people are very good.

Poor...doctors are too busy to e en talk to patients or to answer questions. They don't read reports properly and just refer to other specialists. Not happy

Excellent doctors staff and sub staff. Very cordial. Special thanks to reception staff
