I am a 14 year old, school going girl and due to my busy schedule, I was putting on weight. More over , I wasn't being able to concentrate on my studies for long hours. When I told Soumen sir about this, he understood my problem immediately and I joined his classes which are full of fun yet very effective. Though his courses are tailor- made addressing my exact problems, he give full attention and encouragement to me. I really enjoy the classes very much and hope to increase my physical and mental ability with sir's help in due course. ~Bhanupriya

I joined soumen's workout in Feb "21"....since then I am under constant guidance of Soumen.... My knee pain due to arthritis have reduced.... Now I am without medication... I feel energetic and much less fatigue because of soumen's workout... My exercise pattern is restricted as I suffer from hypertension and knee arthritis. So my weight reduction gets hampered but still I am able to do lots of physical and mental activities throughout the day even at the age of 54

Some prehistoric man seems to run this place. I got insulted for my body weight when I asked if they had Zumba classes. Apparently I know nothing about what Zumba classes are. Not sure whose number is listed but mansplaining and body shaming is not the way to go about when a potential customer asks what kind of Zumba classes you offer.

Horrible place to enroll...i had enrolled for 6 months paying 9000 Its a waste of money Trainer is not trained...i had severe backpain after doing his exercise...would not recommend anyone...and there is no follow up on anything which they promise

An excellent place for wellbeing of your health and mind. Apart from group workouts , individual attention is given for specific ailment and program is customized accordingly. Really a fascinating experience.

Just called to know the address as I wanted to have a conversation face to face, he did unnecessary unprofessional conversation over phone , very rude, show off and could not explain this experience. I also had yoga and gym experience for long but didn't get what he tried to show me off over call. Forced to cut the call as he wouldn't stop talking and explaining how big and reputated his centre is! Change my decision to visit the centre
