My parents and my aunt recently went for a Offbeat Himachal trip, and their entire journey (Chandigarh to Chandigarh) was planned by Soul Of Trip. Right from the cab at the airport pickup to the drop at the same place, the entire journey was almost flawless and very comfortable, thanks to the excellent planning of Mr. Utpal Dutta and Mr. Supriya Ghosh. The hotel rooms were amazing, the spots were well chosen, the car was comfortable, the driver was friendly, the food was great and the cherry on the cake was constant, proactive communication from Mr. Supriya Ghosh who always kept in touch with my parents as well as with the hotels to ensure our journey was going well. This kind of customer service is phenomenal, something they (or even me) never experienced before with anyone else. I've never seen my parents happier after a trip. Moreover, the trip was cost effective, absolutely worth the money spent. A huge thanks to "Soul of Trip" for making my parents' trip so enjoyable and memorable. All our next trips will be booked with Soul of Trip, for sure. Supriya Ghosh and Utpal Dutta - you deserve a 5 star, hands down. Thanks again.
Our recent Leh-Ladakh Tour became truly amazing solely for 'Soul of Trip'. The man behind all this, Utpal Dutta, provided us with excellent facilities and made our tour memorable. The hotels we got, had lively location, fresh and tasty food coupled with fabulous facilities. The driver was skilled, well-behaved and had good knowledge about the route. I look forward to travelling with Soul of Trip.
I hv just completed our 12 days long Srinagar, Kargil,Leh ,Ladakh tour with our family members. Really it was a very pleasant experience to go with Soul of Trips specially with Utpol Datta. His polite behaviour and nice arrangements regarding accomodations in hotels ,cars and other amenities are excellent and praiseworthy. This is my first tour with Utpol and his associates Supriyo who are simply excellent . During the end of tour I suddenly became ill and sufferred from serious breathing problem due to high altitude while in TSumoriri lake. But to our great surprise they took me to the nearby local govt hospital and arranged my medical treatments and also took me to lower altitudes at Jispa as per advice of doctor in the same night. .As a result I became almost fit on the next day. I am really thankful to Utpol Supriyo and also my other Co tourist like Tukaida , Dilip da, Sadananda da Lalda and others who stood behind my family. We were like a family during the entire tour . It will remain in my memory for a long time. I will again go for next destination with Soul of trips in next year that I can give gurrantee of it.
Recently we have completed a 10 night group tour with 'Soul of Trip' to Ladakh. It was a memorable journey which will everlasting in our mind. Soul of Trip, earlier the name was unknown to me. But after completing my trip to Shimla, Manali, Sissu, and Kasol, I like to give a BIG thumbs up to Utpal Datta, the owner of Soul of Trip. First, let me talk about the itinerary. Utpal Datta did an outstanding job of suggesting an itinerary that allowed me to experience the best of Shimla, Manali, Sissu, and Kasol. I travelled with my family and kid, and I had some limitations. Based on my choices, he provided excellent recommendations for activities and attractions that aligned with my interests. Time to time he communicated with me over phone and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. This made the trip smooth and stress-free. Now, let's talk about the services I got from Soul of Trip. My trip was inclusive of MAP (accommodation, breakfast, and dinner) and transportation. I must say, the hotels we got during the trip were comfortable, clean, and in great locations with all the modern facilities. We felt safe and relaxed in each of the accommodations, which added to the overall enjoyment of my trip. In this MAP plan we got unlimited testy foods which surprised me. Because, with this MAP plan, hotels normally provide limited choices only. We got this Royal treatment because of Utpal Datta. And, the transportation we got from Soul of Trip was excellent. We had a Maruti swift dzire car with us for entire trip. The driver had a good skill of driving, and he was aware of the places, we wanted to visit. Here again Soul of Trip did a great job of selecting the driver. Finally, Soul of Trip was professional, courteous, and friendly throughout the entire trip. Utpal Datta went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time and that everything ran smoothly. A big THANKS for Soul of Trip and I wish to travel with Utpal Datta again for my next trip. Trained here for over 2 months. Nice and clean air conditioned gym space with a lot of equipment. Had Suvankar as my trainer and he was very knowledgeable. The rates are reasonable.
