Mixed Experience at Soul Hospital I recently had the experience of accompanying my sister to Soul Hospital for her delivery, and I feel compelled to share both the positive and negative aspects of our stay. On the positive side, the medical care provided during the delivery process was excellent. The medical team showed professionalism and competence in handling my sister's C-section, and we are grateful for their expertise. However, there were some unfortunate incidents during our stay that left us feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. Firstly, in the middle of the night, we were abruptly informed by a staff member that male visitors were not allowed in the room at night. This sudden enforcement of a policy was quite disconcerting, especially considering my sister's post-surgery condition. This led to a difficult situation for my mother, sister's husband, and me, who were all doing our best to help care for the newborn. Furthermore, the staff was openly rude when addressing certain rules, such as not allowing us to eat in the room. Clear communication of these policies beforehand would have been more respectful and considerate, given the circumstances. One staff member even rudely insisted that I couldn't wear shorts, which seemed arbitrary and unwarranted. In summary, while the medical care was commendable, the hospital's handling of visitor policies and communication needs improvement. I hope that this review will help future patients and their families make informed decisions about their choice of hospital and that Soul Hospital takes these concerns into consideration for a more pleasant and compassionate experience.

Worst Experience, No Lift Working , There is no emotions for patient. If we doing any complaints so there staff questioning us , sir we are staff we are what to do for your complaints.? There is no any responsible person who answer us properly , Totally waste of money hospital, I never suggest to go there ...

Dr Nisargh, Dr Hiral, Mr Ankit, Mr Rashid everyone was extremely cooperative. My husband had an accident in Bhavnagar when we were touring. The Doctor attended to him immediately and answered all our questions very patiently. In fact we found the radiologist, emergency room doctors very attentive to our needs. The office staff including the receptionist and the billing department were also very helpful.

I was treated by Dr.NISHARG SHAH for a wrist fracture. He was excellent. Heeral ,Ankit,Subash and Rashid were very supportive and helpful. So were all the support staff.

Each n every staff is irresponsible and not have proper manners medical office doesn't have proper knowledge. But Dr.Medha Kanani is very good behaviour with their patients and explaining each n every point clearly... for doctor 5/5 star but for all staff 0/5 bcz horrible experience. Choose this doctor but never choose this hospital this is my heartly request

Very nice hospital and specially thanks to Dr hardevsinh mori. He is so much carefull and intelligent pediatrician of bhavnagar. Also nicu staff is so good.
