Property is okays, but owner doesn't have enough decency to deal with customers. Staff is also same. Very rude and obnoxious people.
This place has amazing positive vibes. I stayed here with my friends and the stay was very pleasent. I enjoyed Christmas day there with food, music and bonfire. It was very good experience for me love the place.

I've been living in Soul Haven for about 4 months now. I came as a guest and am now a family member! Everything about it stops me from going anywhere else: solitude, companionship, food, location, and hospitality. It is more like an intimate homestay. I've met people from all over the world: travelers made friends eventually. In Rishikesh at least, Soul Haven is my home. The owners treat you like friends and Alex the doggo treats you like a family member. 5/5 recommended!
This place felt more like home than my original house. I have stayed here twice, both the times for a month and I had the most pleasurable experience. If you are a dog lover you are gonna love Alex who will welcome you in the most unique fashion. If you are looking for a backpacker hostel in Rishikesh and not feel like you are away from 'home'. Soul haven is the place for you.
We, a group of friends visited to this hotel. Location was very beautiful however in spite of pre booking we had to wait to check in as the earlier guest was still in the tent. Cottage floor was wet which was quiet disappointing. A stray dog was sitting under the bed and it took 15 minutes to take that dog out. Tent was stinking because of its smell. We requested for a Room freshener which came after a 3rd call. A water of swimming pool was not clean, pool side area was leafy, sleepery. A tap water was so muddy which couldn't be taken for bath. I requested many times to the staff but they have not taken any action. Finally due to lack of services our tour manager took decision to shift us to the another hotel. Overall it was not a good welcome.
Booked online but was a completely different scenario when went in person. The location is horrible with off route 10 mins drive where the whole road is broken and car cannot go. The hotel itself is front of old broken buildings so you open your balcony and the view is of dirt. The room was in terrible condition with the furniture barely being intact. I paid Rs 1500 in advance which obviously I didn't get back as I would have rather stayed in a liveable place as the host didn't refund anything and I canceled my booking. Worst experience
