We booked Scandinavian trip for aug 2023 . Paid almost 3.78 lakh per head.Initially everything went well. But later on The staff were not very responsive when we had to make the second part of payment. They were always in meetings and this went on till almost last week of July . The reason why we choose travel company package tours is to make our journey seamless and not add more stress. We had to call them several times and only then would get response. And even the initial information like what to carry and what not was not clear. Also we were not aware of the currency difference in each country. This needs to be clearly mentioned since all of the travellers were unaware and if we require any money , it is of no use since we only carried Euros. Also in the last minute there were charges of 8000 per person after btq process. This also was not clearly mentioned and they were blocking our tickets and stay telling until 8000 is paid we will not release the documents. All this happened one day before our travel which is very stressful. However Akshaya from the team was helpful even though she is joined one month ago . But since she is new it is always better if someone senior is there to support her . Also for two of us extra charges were added and then after we went to the office multiple times it was reduced to correct amount . However the trip was very enjoyable and memorable and was organised very well. For the high amount they charged these basic things should be taken care Please take care of the above points , then it would be a great trip

We booked a 6 night trip to Kashmir with SOTC, St. Marks Rd, Bangalore. We were a group of 4 women and booked the premium package. The hotels were all 4-star standard and comfortable. We did run into a few issues along the way. The local contacts in Kashmir were not able to solve our issues, so we ended up calling Shashank, our booking agent in Bangalore. He was very prompt in solving everyone of our issues and made sure that our trip progressed very smoothly. We had a fantastic time. I would recommend Shashank from SOTC Bangalore to anyone who was looking to book a trip.

One star as there is no provision for zero star. They are big cheaters. I booked europe trip by paying 1.86 lacs in Feb 2020. No processing like visa was done. In spite of repeated requests they did not return the money untill May 2022 when they returned only 1.78 lacs instead of giving interest for two years. Never book with them. You will loose your money.

We had gone to their Exotic Kashmir trip and the places we have visited were very beautiful.. The co-ordinator Miss Akanksha who had been coordinated throughout was very nice and our bookings n everything became smooth bcz of her..But the travels could do a better job by not wasting its customers' time on a whole day journey and all.. and they should not give much time for leisure and not conducting anything so that we could cover more and more places or spend more time in every destination

Please don't fall prey this money eaters I had paid 1.8 lacs for trip glimpses of Europe during January 2020 . Now trip is cancelled by them . Now they are cheating by not giving money back . They are worst then thieves . I suggest any one who got stuck like join together to sue this criminals. Please please don't give money to SOTC they are cheaters . If they want money they beg for it . But now nobody will speak to us . Hard earned money will be vanished by this crooks. If any body wants to join who are victims like me to sue them please mail me. I went to Australia and the company organised an amazing trip and apshara helped us a lot and wonderful coordination.

Worst experience.Staff not knowing any clear details about what u advertised. Spent so much time getting info. Both in st marks road Gowri and Indira ngr bch.
