Very good experience. Have taken 3 trips with SOTC and enjoyed each one of them. Special mention of Harshada koli, who has been my trip organizer right from the beginning. Polite, humble and understanding. She tries to fulfill all my requirements to her best abilities. Deducted one star for the final tour managers. SOTC need to appoint good professional tour managers. Most of them have no details of the trip or even the people going in the trip. Have never had good experience with them. Also SOTC should give provision of better discount rates for us who are repeatedly taking trips with them.
It was amazing tour with family. The planning was superb, covers maximum spot conventially. SOTC organized my tour itinerary before the trip seamlessly. I had booked South Africa tour from Vashi outlet and Haresh Gaikar assisted me very nicely from the time of booking till my departure. I and my family had a very happy time.
