It was a memorable tour.. Mehulbhai, nimishaben had given good guidance pre departure. Zubin contractor had taken all the care through out the tour to make our tour safe, enjoyable and memorable. We thank you all and sotc.

I am happy that sotc has managed tour very well but Hong kong coach Jenny was very bad her way of talking and behaviour was very bad. The coach Deepak kanojia was great person he was very helpful and he take very good care of every passengers.

The greatest experience with SOTC. The given itinerary was followed very precisely. Rutvik Bhai and Mehul bhai guided me very well before tour and even after tour. I did not faced any single problem during entire tour. I hope to plan another international tour with sotc and Rutvik Bhai. Specially before tour my documents related work completed very easily with rutvik bhai. Thank you so much SOTC for making my vacation memorable. And also had a great experience and support by Rutvik Bhai and Mehul Bahi.

Would give them negative 5 stars if it was possible. They accepted the payments and documents. They keep calling you before they get the payment. And after they dont even bother calling for follow ups. Mehulbhai and Ruchitbhai are really useless and they are frauds even. They gave me a UTR number for a refund but i did not recieve the payment and they kept claiming that the payment was done. And then the next day they blocked my phone numbers. I had to go to their office and yell at them toh even get my own money back. And I recieved the payment but with a different UTR number. Which means they did not send the payment in the first place. I had to physically visit the office and yell at them to get my money back. On top of everything they wasted a lot of my time before cancelling my tour and because of that I could not find any other tour provider that would accomodate me on a tour since it was too late to get visas by that time. Do not book with them. They are rude and cancel tours anytime. They even tried to fool me by giving me a fake UTR number for my refund. I would like the upper management to reach out to me as soon as possible. I have other information about what they did which I would like to discuss with them and not here.

Services and management in international tour is good. But so many a times I tried to contact, in most cases they don't reply and never call back. I find it very difficult to connect in case of urgency.I contacted bodakdev branch. If they pick up phone it's fortunate, but they say I will get back to you.. but it never happens. I have booked for Scandinavia and want some information about wheather in that area, etc but I am unable to get information. I would like to add that I had paid cost of the tour. I am tax payer and I wanted to claim deductions. However staff issued receipt in the name of my husband. I requested so many times to rectify the mistake, but they didn't. Ultimately I have been put in the financial loss as I didn't get any deductions from income tax department. So they are gender bias too. It's surprising and shocking that though I paid total tour cost, receipt was issued in the name of my husband!

'Naam bade Darshan khote' that's what SOTC bodakdev office is prooving. Too high prices for packages which is almost double to what other agents are giving and the only justification given by them was 'we provide best services'. No explanation regarding What services and which services. Not at all recommended.
