Good but old hotel.. decent rooms and facilities

Decent rooms, good and maintained, Old Property!!! Room service is fast with no much choice. Eat it or Leave it. No menu card!

The room was not clean and had a musty smell. The washroom were so awfull and smelly that I found it difficult to use it. The food and the room does not justify the cost. I would never suggest this hotel.

Visited for Small Party. Party hall is ok for small functions. Food serving was very bad. Really disappointed of the service. Sadhya was ok with taste but quanity served was immensely disappointing.

Good and have a decent parking area.Room was best and hygiene room service was awesome.food is excellent and delicious(Chicken biriyani)Neatness and facilities were good.Not suitable for families having kids, no more baby chair facilities.Need to improve on customer delight

Good clean rooms.. Spacious, well furnished and tidy. Food is just OK.. Too spicy even for a south Indian..very very limited choice.. Menu has no prices in if so that is a bit concerning.. But I just asked them how much is this and that and ordered my food.. Complimentary Breakfast is a joke.. Oh and they do not offer any sort of discount.. Like not even a little.. I mean it's like fixed price, take it or leave it. Well you can't blame the man in the reception.. He's been told not to entertain any bargaining so he simply acts like he didn't hear you ask for a discount.. The matter of fact is I stayed in a 4 Star just a day before at Calicut at walk-in rates that were lesser than in soorya..

Low budjet people's don't visit this bar and restaurant

We used the conference Hall. The toilets were not maintained cleanly
