I am a customer who regularly buys medicines from your shop. Surya pharmacy is one of the best pharmacy in Calicut. Iam very happy to say that your customer service is very good. Your staff is excellent at handling customers. I buy medicine only from Surya pharmacy malaparamba because of their respect, behaviour and friendly attachment.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Surya pharmacy, malaparamba. I am residing in Coimbatore but contacting Surya pharmacy for medical supplies to be delivered to my mother in Calicut. It started during lockdown and they have been very helpful and prompt in getting things delivered at home. Thank you for your support and service

Excellent service and attention to customers (including home delivery), coupled with availability of all medicines, makes it a one stop solution for our medical requirements

The service is so poor. I went to get a product and they told it was in stock but was not ready to search for it. They just asked me to come the other day. I said I can wait but they were not interested, there wasn't any customers at that point even. Second time I went to get something else and it was out of stock, so I told them to write down my number and notify when it arrived, but they were not supportive. There is a medical shop opposite to this, so I would suggest you to go there in case there is a need.

Really helpful bunch of people. They started home delivery during the lockdown which I use frequently to get my parents' medicines delivered! Thanks a lot guys!
