Me and my sister delivered our babies in Sooriya hospital. It is just the go hospital. They have the best Doctors in it. All the doctors are well experienced and knowledgeable in their own field. My grand ma went under open heart surgery and it's been 7 years she is with good health and happiness. Especially Doctor. Sooriyakala, Rajiv, Natesan, Vetri Vedan and Jeyaraj sir are the Best and very well trained in their own department. Though expensive but the service they give is awesome Hats off to them.

My family pediatrician Dr. Subramani referred sooriya hospital. As my son had dengue fever, I got call from Mr. IMRAN who is working as PRO over there. He helped me a lot from Day 1 till discharge for all procedures and process, apart from that entire doctor's crew was taking care of my son like anything. Dr. Natesan and all staffs was so good and pleased to help us and gave confidence for my son to get recovered. Not only my son, from new born 4 months till grown up kids they have taken care like their own kids. Like other hospitals none of the staffs asked for any kind of bribes for the service they provided. I really happy to share my experience about this hospital with you all. Will not recommend anyone to go to this hospital. Especially to paediatric ward. Had to wait for more than 45 minutes to get my daughter checked. Ultimately had to leave due to frustration as the doctor was pulled into an emergency case. I understand if the doctor isn't available; however, it would have been better if they could have assigned us another doctor to look after my child.

I would like to give 0 ratings to this hospital. There are so many things wrong with this hospital. I went there for fever vomiting and giddiness. I was admitted under our request mentioning it is only for a day and i was fine the next day after IV fluids but they purposely delayed my discharge and charges us around 75,000 inr. After several days at the hospital I developed those symptoms again with severe pain near the kidney and i was informed that the stone is gone. It's been 25 days, even after visiting several times they haven't given me a proper diagnosis nor given me a proper treatment. I am still suffering with the same symptoms even after taking all the tablets they prescribed. Funfact they also lost my original scan reports and said they have given it to us I already saw the same complaint in the comment box. All these doctors here are money minded. They don't give proper treatment and very dismissive of one's issue telling the patient is mentally distraught when questioned about the reports. I advise everyone to not go to this hospital if you guys don't want be looted. They only see patients as moving money banks. 75k for basic blood urine and ultra scan stay and food for 3 nights.i have never seen such horrible hospitals. This is genuine review i am definitely going to escalate my complaint everywhere possible please don't take your loved ones here for any type of treatment

We are very thankful to Sooriya Hospital for treating my mom Bhavani who was suffered with the cardiac problem. Dr. S. Muthukkumaran and his team screened him and explained clearly about the surgery and they completed the surgery successfully. Thanks to the hospital doctors, staffs and coordinators.

The paediatric and cardiology consultation area is over crowded. There is no airconditioner, No fans for all rows. only for two rows fans are there. For ordinary consultation it will take 2 to 3 hours because of inevitable urgent cases. One can get prepared for such waiting time. They can schedule normal ops separately and important complicated OPs separately, because obviously appointment will not work in any hospital due to priority, atleast they can tell the patient the time when to report there , so that they can go and come back half an hour before appointment time.Expect quick action to avoid unnecessary waiting. Another suggestion is a request to take the contact number for appointment and give approximate time and call them half an hour before, Most of them who need appointment can reach within half an hour. Dedicated staff may manage appointments. Request the management to help in this regard.

Money minded hospital. No infrastructure development done in accordance with the charge they are collecting. It is a old building and rooms are not tidy. No technical development done, still following old pharmacy card system. Waste waste. All doctors are trying to convert in patients as persistent OP.
