I had given my sony bravia TV for servicing but after service the tv found with dust and spider web. Tv display was also not cleaned found with severe dust. After I informed them then only they were ready to clean and given tissue for me to clean. So I only get an average customer satisfaction from sony.

Needed a dualsense replacement. For some godawful reason sony india has decided that the warranty in 6 months in india, while it is 1 year in the rest of the world. For the literal same product! Its not like sony is giving us indians a special discount either. I complained to the people here, saying the manual very precisely mentions that the dualsense must have 1 year warranty. They refused and called me senseless. I complained to sonys customer support email with the exact same reasoning. They didnt even argue with me, immediately instructed these people to give me a replacement. I just love the disrespect :) BTW, playstation india, please fix you scammy indian policies. I was fully prepared to email sonys international representatives if they refused.
