For single small line on sony mobile, the service people are saying , its does not come under warranty..

Not received well. Ni manners. Just asked for tv repair, even without any questions, tv can go for replacement and can't repair. Replacement for pennies and i have to pay 38000 INR for New. Very bad practice by keeping customers in dark. I visited the other TV shop and get the work done in 24 hrs. TV screen replacement done. What should I say about this sony service centre other than cheating.

I have purchased sony WF-1000XM3 From Amazon for 10000 rupees the right side got damaged in 2 months ang given it for replacement under warranty.... First these people said it will get in one week and now it is 3rd week without any further movements They said they don't know anything about replacement.... I had big trust on sony products now they proves that they are the worst in service

Mistakenly transferred money 2 times into their account and provided screen shots and transaction details also. But no response from them. Everytime... I got the answer from Front desk like .. they are checking with their Owner. This happened 3 months back... But still they are checking the bank statement I guess. I have the call recordings and mail proofs. So... They can't deny this. This is what they are...

Worst service centre ever. I just went with a home theatre for service, they immediately told that the mother board has to be replaced, they made me wait for 1 week, they didn't call and I myself went to this place and enquired and they asked for the balance amount for the home theatre which was not fixed! They don't even check over there!! Worst experience i ever had.

I had to take a 43 inch TV there for display panel replacement. And do mind that the stairs of this service centre are nothing short of hell. Very cramped and narrow sharp turn. Chances are you will damage your product more than it already is while climbing those stairs. And the staff is rude. They will make faces on small things such as asking questions. And they will tell you that your product will be ready within 2 hours. But that's a lie. They will take 6-7 hours and name it "software update time" and they won't help you carry your products. You will have to do it yourself.

very rude service guy came for us. even demand for money as service charge. Later speaking to higher authorities problem got solved. Regarding company no doubt the best forever.
