My experience with regard to a Sony Audio DVD player with service centers of Kottayam. Thodupuzha, Ernakulam was very bitter and not acceptable. I would'nt recommend anyone known to me to any of the Sony Service centers as the after sales service and customer services are very poor and the behaviour of the staff are very rude.

Google map would get you right near by but if you don't keep your eyes wide open you can miss it altogether. Poorly sign marked and on the KK road which is heavily laden with traffic one needs to be careful to get near the centre. By the way, forget parking. But once inside,you have a well air-conditioned room and helpful staff. But carry cash or be ready to pay using Google pay. Credit card!!! Machine not working!! For an electronic device service center unbelievable! The staff can be considered efficient

They are great. I had bought a home theater system. And it's subwooffer started making crackling sound... I gave it to them and they replaced the whole thing. They are really superb in their work.

Very poor and bad experience from sony care staff. They damaged my home theater system and after they states that they have no responsibility for our product. Very bad experience.

This is to share my experience with sony care that on 15-6-21 I've purchased one WF-XB700 Within one year, the left side stop working. I've visited nearby sony care service (vk technology sony care kottayam JA0746317) on 15-6-2022 there was no chance to get the warranty which I've only one year warranty as per my request they tried within 5 hours and got the warranty The front office dealings were polite and kind Special thanks to Mr Maneesh P.
