Amazing place to shoot for in the morning, instructor Babu Rao has been my mentor since 4 years. From basic cardio to muscle building, ideal place, affordable payment plans. Extremely friendly atmosphere, "The Best Gym" for any one within the Alwal locality.

When I was searching for an effective & experience coach in the Alwal, Bollarum, Bowenpally areas I came across Babu Rao (Babanna), the wonderful coach who knows what kind of work to be done for different kind of bodies. The Gym and the members here are very friendly and it is a UNISEX gym. I suggest this if somebody is looking for effective workout & fun together.
