Sony Centre - Electronics store in Delhi - West, India

This store has amazing staff and polite. I visited to pick my PS5 which I ordered through shopatsc. They have wide range of sony sound bars, bravia TVs and many more things.

Got PS5 much earlier than the expected day, really happy. Highly recommend.

Very very bad experience , sales staff dealing in a weired manner as if he already made his mind that customer is arriving here only for time pass, actually from there behaviour I assume that this center has lack of customer s therefore all sales people are dull and disheartened, so they all not interested in satisfying consumer doubts and convert lead in to a deal.....

This is a really bad and shabby outlet. The employees at the store have negligible knowledge about the products. The sales person I met (don't remember his name - but he was the only guy at the store) could not explain the features of the OLED TV (which is a premium product of Sony) and did not have answers to my questions. It was such a poor sales experience that I had to visit third party mixed brand store to understand the features. The miserable experience does not end here. I met the owner / boss / senior of the store (an aged man) to discuss the price. To my shock, he did not have the basic courtesy to talk to customers. Besides being rude, he did not have the etiquettes to talk to customers. He said that he is confident I will not buy the TV, hence, that is why he will not give me a good price and also said that he is so confident that I will not buy the TV even if he gives me a 60,000 discount. This is ridiculous - how can a brand conscious store talk like this to a customer that has come to purchase the most premium product from the store. Sony must take this seriously.

Prebooked PS5 disc version with a game bundle by paying 25k.At the time of delivery they wanted me to buy one more game which I refused. At the time of payment they said I will have to pay 2% extra as I wanted to pay with credit card. On refusing the owner said if I don't want to pay extra I can take my money back which I gladly took and came back.

Good place for buying don't product small head phone to large smart tv

My experience of that sony store was not good .I visited there for purchasing the sony xr 90j the premium segment led tv of sony but the sales person was not much interested to give the demo of that product actually all the display units of led tvs of that sony store are switched off so it is very difficult for me to purchase that xr 90j model without compare the picture quality with others led tvs after many requests the sales person ready to swich on all the display unit but all this spoil my mood and I was purchased any things from that store.
