Worse place in Hyderabad I suggest not to visit the store they just do timepass with the costumers keep waiting for 2-3hours they're too lazy for their work

Fraud..... Fraud..... Fraud..... Displayed price is 24995Rs but MRP is 19295Rs Cheating... I asked the store manager.. Manager is saying he knows the employees in secretariat and Govt officers. It's a good Sony authorised dealer showrrom in Abids. You can buy all new Sony products, however if you are going to buy home theatre please note the cables for the surround speakers are not that long, so please have an analysis of your speakers setup at home before buying the same. Sony has a clause that if we make an attachment to the current speaker cable or replace the cable then the warranty on the product will become void. Also Sony doesn't have the support system to handle such requests even. So please keep this ini d.

Pathetic place to shop, the staff doesn't know anything about products specifics, all they care is to sell by saying it's good, and they don't even bother to assist unless you wear gold or look rich, very bad behavior, no knowledge, useless, buy from amazon, you will get discount and returns and replacements as well.
