Useless people dont have any knowledge of products. Went to buy 2-3 lacs products (Bravia XR and HT-7000 and their demo pieces aren't working. People dont even have prime vdo / netflix / proper internet to show products.
Very fake people. Kept me hanging for 2 months and still counting for ps5. They have taken preorder money from us and they still haven't informed us about anything yet. They don't pickup their cellphones or landlines. And if they do then they say we don't know anything and cut the phone call. Their service is very rude. The manager siddhansh or whatever his name is that guy is very rude while talking on the phone.
My sales person was extremely good. He made us sit and watch tv performance in different scenarios for an hour explaining everything with passion and details. Good work
The worst customer service ever, they are not keen to sell their products. The salesman over there (Hashir)thinks like he owns the company, he is not at all interested to sell the products and is way ignorant. On top of it he will make sure you do not purchase any sony product from anywhere if not purchased from them. He will ask every details of your purchase if not with them portraying that he is very much sorry and will do anything to let the purchase you have done get cancelled.
