I went to purchase Sony camera, that time the salesman told that he will give this lens with alpha 7 camera I don't know the name of that lens, we purchased the camera and after 3 days when we went to take delivery of our camera that time he gave different lens. Worst experience ever. They are fooling their customers.
The salesmen here are not trained according to give potential customers valuable input. They lack knowledge regarding specs of their own products. Didn't found them praising or elaboration much about Television we were looking for. We had to browse internet to get all the details.
I have taken bravia 55 inch tv from this sony center. The staff here Mohammad Azeem explained me very well about the TV and its features. The staff here is very nice as well as very helpful. The way Sony company trains them, the staff seems more trained and helpful than that. I would say that Sony company makes a very good product, I got an idea of this from the fact that I saw other electronic products there, such as home theater, such a good sound, that too enjoyed listening to it with clarity. I would also recommend the same to all of you that whenever you intend to buy Sony's electronic product, you must visit the Sony electronic showroom in Ravi Nagar once.

No proper service. Salesman working has very bad attitude. Faulty equipments are sold here. For first six months your bought tv works good and after that one by one fault comes in.
