this dealer shouldn't be getting any stars. I ordered ps5 dual sense edge controller through shopatsc site and these guys were authorized to send the package unfortunately the order is showing delivered but i haven't received it yet. The are not even responding any calls and didn't even provide tracking no. unethical brutes.

When you call the showroom they will not give proper information and they will disconnect you calls. Worst customer care. They are here to spoil Sony's brand. They are very rude. I will not recommend this showroom to anyone.
Pathetic Service. I visited this place on 04th April'18 to enquire about my Sony C5 Ultra mobile phone as the device touch was not working. When I ask the executive (Female Executive - Karuna) about device touch screen part availability she refused and her answer was vague. She was rude and arrogant, she doesn't know how to behave with customer. Sony has very good name and brand in market. However, due to her behavior and inability I will buy other products. I am a very big fan of SONY and I have most of my electronic gadgets from SONY.. ( SONY Headphones XB500, SONY 4K TV , SONY Speakers 4.1 and Sony Mobile phone) Just for a moment I lost confidence and trust on SONY because of her rude behavior. I am Very upset... Please train her (Karuna) on Soft Skills and how to handle customers. Worst Experience.
