Arrogant people, I called to ask availability of power adapter for a tv and enquired about the price but they insisted on visiting the shop to know the price as I live 25km from them these people are absolute idiots , they lost a genuine customer , I conveniently ordered from Sony website and the item got delivered to my home.

Not recommended, if you want to purchase on MRP rates and on top of their pathetic service which takes months to fulfill with no positive results in return, you can surely visit and purchase from here. Also their technicians are incompetent to diagnose or repair any Sony product and will recommend component replace by sending your product to Delhi and will take courier charges from you ofcourse, you go there and risk it all, it's all your choice. This was my experience. Going to bury my beloved PS4

They have the worst post sales service. I had purchased a TV set and they had assigned me an engineer for installation. The assigned person disagreed to come. He then tells me to reach out the other person who later stopped picking calls. What's even worse, my POC turned his phone off. If you decide to make a purchase from them please expect this kind of professionalism.

Uneducated engineers, I gave them my ps4 8 days ago but they told me it will take 2 days . Now they are saying that we have to send ps4 to Delhi. Inshot they are not able to find out the problem.

So I ordered my PS5 exactly on 12th October and was promised a date of 12th Dec for the delivery with maybe a delay of 1 week depending on stocks and availability. They did precisely deliver on time on 16th Dec which is really fine! Its comparatively very quick considering the fact sony doesn't restock enough in India and your chances of getting your hands on one are literally not even 1% so in my opinion they are the best option available to you for a console of such rarity in J&K. The service is excellent, the reception is great, and they sure do take customer reviews and complaints seriously, so that is a plus. However what I felt was a little frustating was no order tracking on PS5 so essentially you dont know when your system arrives until it does following which you recieve a phone call from them to pick it up but such a logistical nightmare is more of a fault on Sony's side than theirs so they get a clean sheet here. I would really recommend this place to pick up your PS5 system!

they are hiding the reviews of negetive feedback, don't worry you guys will soon be closed, GUYS NEVER PRE ORDER PS5 FROM THEM. They only push it for 8 months and still wont give you ps5

Sony ps5's authorised retailer, my foot. They would never give you products you pre order. They are a complete fraud.
