One of my worst experiences with any store I have ever had. I had booked a PS5 from this store in Jan with payment of Rs 25,000 (50%). That time the store manager told me that he will fulfill the order in Feb end. After that every month he kept saying restock is coming next month. Now after 4 months, when I went to collect my PS5 and he forced to buy 2 games and said it's the instructions from the company (Sony) and we will cancel your order if you don't want to buy a game. So he forced me to buy games at full price (Rs 5,000) which are already available on Amazon and Flipkart on discount. I managed to get out of the situation by saying I don't have enough money for 2 games so I bought one game. This is very anti-consumer and unethical that a store manager is forcing you to buy a game and not letting you buy the console without it. I will not recommend anyone to buy anything from their store. P.S. Manager's name is Manish.
Visited the showroom last week. They have almost all the products top of the line as well as mid-budget segment. Great and knowkledgeable staff. I bought a Television from there and they even helped with the delivery. Authentic sony products. Could be a one stop shop for brand loyalists of sony.
I recently had an experience shopping at this store. I was disappointed to learn that they charged an extra amount on card payments. This additional fee was not clearly communicated to me during the checkout process, and I feel that it was an unexpected and unnecessary expense. Additionally, I encountered a faulty machine during my visit to their store, which caused some inconvenience and frustration.
