Worse Sony Store ever I viewed. I buy an earphone of Rs 1150 with 1 year warrenty but it stops working in only 2 days. After this they tell nothing about their product quantity and anything just said me to go to crevice center. Their products are not good. Now I never buy anything from there.
Owner and staffs are irresponsible. They don't make products available in time. They don't have better link with sony company. They set high prices at first. They don't keep ps and pc subscription keys. Most of the things we need ,they advice us to buy online. I mean come on, why would we asked you for anything firsthand if we trust online shopping? Otherwise showroom is clean and cool. Owner's behavior bit awkward as if he doesn't have much time to explain, he is moody and bit arrogant. I call him a lootera, no hard feelings. Raja (staff) is decent and well mannered guy. Don't trust Chandan (staff) , he is a complete liar.
