It was an amazing experience buying from here. Be it the Camera, Batteries or PS5, everytime the item has been given with a proper packing and bill without any hassle and the management over here is also very kind and very cooperative. Especially Mahendar and his Team. So, I always prefer this Sony Shop.

Everyone is very nice and very helpful. My support manager was always available to assist me. They made sure that I was happy with everything they had done. I can tell you first hand that there are tons of negative reviews out there, and they are all made up by competitors. Very supportive, nice staff, helpful and they know what they are doing. They are located on Avinashi Road and have all manner of Sony Products and Accessories, including recently launched products/models that are seldom unavailable in other retailers (E.g. Sony Bravia Cam). Prices are competitive and staff are very helpful and friendly. Free parking is also available on the side of the building.

I purchased my home Theater A3000 (SW3 + RS5 rear speakers)here and I feel very satisfied, I was about to make my purchase online, but went to the showroom to experience the sound system in-person, and I'm definitely not regretting it. Firstly I got the better price deal than online, and secondly the staff (Ibrahim) explained the features and the configurations that made me to make a better decision with the home theatre configurations. I'd highly recommend to stop at the showroom even you know about that product and reviews.

I had the opportunity to place on order over phone for DVD player and the Staff have taken interest and guided me with all technicalities and sent the product home the same day. The product is perfect choice to my requirement. Since the Staff were very courteous i decided to visit the showroom to buy sound bar. This time too i am paid attention, given demonstration and compared with other models and guided me which goes well with my TV. Things became easy for purchase and very happy with it.

I found these guys pretty helpful. Their team helped me when I needed. they always try to keep their customers satisfied in every sense. Their supportive staff makes them good. I really appreciate. But of you consider them price wise, they are no doubt little costlier than others but yes, I can recommend them for sure as they are good at providing the services. Best for their customers at least. That's the premium brand and their brand itself speaks for them. Any one or two bad review can make or shake any brand, their brand value keeps them at the top. Whatever product I have used, was given good services and I again hereby tell my friends that their customer dealing is really very good.
