My Soni Bravio LED TV was not functional and the complaint was lodged. The engineer came and told panel is damaged and replacement costs 25K. Hence I went for new TV. The amount was also paid for new TV. But in spite of remainders every day, new TV was not supplied even after two weeks. There's no reply for my mails also. Very bad service.

I was very skeptical in the beginning to approach them after reading all the reviews. But I decided to go there as I believe that parts of TV of brand like Sony shall be serviced/replaced only by an authorized centre. I called them initially for customer support and they were prompt to reply. I decided to go with their service and direclty took my television there. When I went there,the counters were not busy and one person immediately attended and checked my TV set at the reception end. After 6 days,they informed me the set is ready.I went to take back my set,they brought in the set and showed me the set is working.I asked for help to put back the set in my car and they helped without any hesitance. Now after 6 days,I have my complaints resolved with replacement of failed parts. I am pretty happy with their approach and courtesy. I am happy with Sony service. The value of a brand is always determined by the quality of service.Keep that trust. Keep up the good work.

When you go there don't expect a good hospitality. Not at all welcoming attitude from the staff. I went there for rectifying the "Protector" error of my home theatre system. There were 3 people at the customer desk. One person was attending a customer and other 2 were not at all bothered to lift their head and look at me. They were just gazing at the monitor in front of them though only 2 customers in the shop including me. I have waited for 5 min hoping that somebody will address me. Finally I had to go and interrupt one of the guys who are looking at the monitor. Then he asked me to keep the home theatre at a desk and one other guy from inside came and looked at the issue. He took the system and went inside saying "need to check". But in less than 1 minute he came back and said IC complaint and need to replace which will come around Rs.4200/- and will take 1 week. I was wondering how he checked that in less than 1 min as it has total 9 screws to open the system itself !! I remember one review from somebody who said for the same issue they said it is IC issue and it will cost 4200 without checking at the front desk itself. May be the customer service guys might have read that review and for not making that mistake again he just took my system inside and came back immediately but told the same thing. I told them to go ahead and change the IC. They gave me the job sheet and told it will take 1 week. I gave the system there. After reaching home somebody from the service centre called me and said "it is an IC issue and it will cost 4200 and are you going to repair it?" I said I already got the job sheet and gave the system to you then what is this call about !! She said it is just to confirm ! The next day evening I got a call from the service centre and said it is ready !! I went and collected. The issue seem to be resolved. They will provide 3 months service warranty for the changed part. Overall it is an OK-OK experience.

Trinity Solutions is a dirty service, a company that comes to install in the field to destroy the name of Sony, they do not do the service properly, and if they call later, the customer will be offended. There were no such problems when Madonna was serviced Waste Management and Service

A fairly good authorised Sony service centre. I gave my headphones for replacement and they got it done within 3 days. The only problem I've faced is that their phone is engaged 90% of the time.

It was a very good experience in the service centre. I went their to service my blu ray player but unfortunately it was broken badly. But they have a very good costumer service they didn't make me wait so long time. People can get their Sony products serviced and repaired here. I truly recommend this shop for everyone out there.

Trinity Solutions is an Authorized Sony Service center in Trivandrum. It's located 500 meters from Kesavadasapuram. It's quite close to Pension Bhavan. The Service Center cannot be easily noticed from normal traffic. It's located at the ground floor of the building. There isn't a dedicated parking lot available. You can find parking space closer to Service Center. Before I went to Service Center, I tried calling them multiple times. The number was quite busy. When I entered the Center, a person inquired about the issue with my Sony Product. This is the first visit to this center. After I described about the issue, he directed me to the Counter where they filed a Service ticket and provided me the details of the Service ticket (handed over a print out of the ticket filed). After I reached back home, I received a call from the Service Center informing me about the underlying cause of the issue with my Sony Product. They also shared with me the cost estimate and time required to repair the same. Overall, I am satisfied with the first experience. But I can definitely provide more information after my product issue is resolved. The quality of the Service can be ascertained after I get back the product.
