We had a worst experience.They said our TV's picture panel is out and need to replace it.So they suggested that we would give the old TV to them and replace it with a new TVbut it takes one month they said.We said ok for that.After Long struggle for 1 month(they r not even attending the calls if we call their landline number), they asked to come and get the TV from showroom they told unless there are more deliveries they won't come and deliver the TV.So we went for taking the TV.After going there the lady there said the remote we gave was broken so they asked for extra amount.But the remote was working fine when we surrendered it to them.After making a big quarrel with them, they didn't ask money for remote.For assembling the TV they r saying it takes another 2 days.Instead of going through all this , we could go to Sathyas or any other showroom and get a new TV.There is no big difference in money wise.

They do the servicing of sony devices such as sony LED television, sony Xperia mobile phones and other sony products. The service is fast and reliable, but is costly.
