This is a place of thugs with unqualified people Don't go over the Google ratings .For Google ratings they send their beautiful female staff so that customer can give them 5 stars by getting flaunted by their beauty . The one who is sitting on the counter & handling patients are juniors with zero knowledge & experience while the seniors hang out and have fun. There is a room in which the senior employee of the company have fun with zero work. The management should check this out & take serious action against such corruption as company will loose their customers very quickly. There should be senior employees handling the patient over the counter . Instead of sending beautiful female staff for ratings the head of the company should take care of the senior employees who does nothing except sitting & having fun.

Behaviour or staff is really bad and waiting time is very high. For an ultrasound we had to wait for 2.45 hours today. They have 3 machines of ultrasound but only one doctor was available to do the scans. I think the rest of the reviews are fake. As the staff here donot take the patient's feedback properly. Poor management because of staff shortage. Staff name was Gulshan and Sana. Pathetic management poor service too. I don't know why doctor prefer sonoscan only. Management should highly give priority to appointment process.

Very well behaved staffs, always co-operate and help the patients. Behaviour of the staffs is excellent. Also we are pleased of getting additional discount on MRI on Thursday and Sunday. It's a very good initiative from the company for middle class people....

In the busiest of hour there is only one receptionist to handle the customers. There should be atleast 3 counters for the same.

Sonoscan is a Fraud Worst place ever seen Never Go there for any test neither join it as a employee . They will spoil your whole career & health From top to bottom everyone is illiterate the reason they don't value people's ethics & education The junior staff who is working hard everyday they don't value their hardship but the one who butter the senior employee properly with sugar coating talks gets promotion with zero work . In the name of being incharge & senior 3 girls remains standing at the back of reception in Ground floor reception with zero work where as the junior who came from 7am in the morning keeps handling & dealing the custom till 4pm but management doesn't take any action because the person who runs the reception is a person who hangs out inside room 1 himself the reason they don't take any action & keeps on promoting such injustice. The deserving staff is still at zero where the one who does nothing but butters them properly gets to the high position. They don't even consider someone's education instead makes fun of staff's compulsion . Why so much of injustice The one who will come at 12pm will not seat on counter just because they are incharge & so called senior where junior employee who came from 7 am will remain be seated on counter for 9 hours straight. Such politics shame on you all. You guys are not human being you are a monster with no soul Many deserving employees has left the company just because of this incharge & senior's politics but company just doesn't care they care for sugar coating talks Shame on you.

One of the best Diagnostic Centres in Kolkata with excellent services & accurate Reports in reasonable prices. There is no delay in providing the Results of Reports. The ambience of the Centre is healthy. Indoors are really neat & clean and advanced technique to take Samples aseptically. The well behaviour of the service providers may draw your special attention. Overall, it is an ideal place to perform any Hematological, Biochemical, Pathological or Radiological Investigations comfortably.

The lady who assist dr Sujoy panchadhayee ( jhuma) in keeping record of drs bill and patient is very rude in behaviour. Would prefer everyone to request dr and remove this lady coz in future she may create a chaos between the dr and the patient
