My children are doctors and they were very much disappointed with the vet. Prem Kumar's approach. He has so much negativity and he has simply been cursing our pup since the very first time we took her to the hospital. He does not pay attention to one patient at a time. Simply hovers around the entire clinic. He connected a old opened dusty fluid bottle to my dog, only God knows how long that had been hanging there and charged 800 rupees for the same. It's MRP is around 100 rupees maximum. It is not about money alone, but the vet. Prem kumar kept on giving unwanted,heavy dose medications without asking the dogs previous medical history. My dog passed away the same night and thanks to this clinic. My advice is to not visit this hospital if you love your pet as a member of your family.
we left our 2 dogs here in their boarding for nearly one month. They treated our dogs so badly that they both are physically and mentally very much sick and not even able to bark when we went to pick them up. My small request to you sir ...plz dont accepts dogs in your boarding if you not able to treat them good. Really feeling very bad. They are like our children and we cant able to accept what they are now after one month
Pet Lovers! Thank you for spending your valuable time to read my review. First thing First: Dr. Prem Kumar is a friendly & very straightforward person & He knows very well what he is doing. I see here people are giving low rating and writing bad about him. Come on guys! "Think before you Ink". Please try to analyse and understand people. I took my puppy [ Fedora ] here for the 1st vaccination [Puppy DP] , Dr. Prem Explained me everything well in detailed, Gave me the card for next vaccination date. Also If you guys have any short of doubts you can call and ask him anytime, His son Dr. Naveen also ultra friendly guy. I called these guys multiple times for questions, They are ready to answer your queries. They are having shop inside with huge varieties of veterinary products & accessories. Personally, I notice other one good side from Dr. Prem - He didn't even do any sale pitch about any particular products. I felt really happy about that. Ending up with a sweet note. Dr helped to cure my dog's infection within few days, when all others were failing. His experience is immense and was able to diagnose the problem accurately. It is great to know a doctor who doesn't have fixed hours and is reachable any time. The Dr has <b>excellent knowledge </b> about dogs. He was really helpful and made perfect suggestions to all my queries. Moving to <b>Madurai<b>, I was worried about supplies for my beloved pug. I was so happy to find Sonia Pet Shop just around the corner with all the premium food available with reasonable price. I always buy our dog food there and the owner is genuinely a great person.
I went here for my pom's hair trimming ..the man who came there in the name of the groomer/barber ,he juz know nothng about grooming..he simply buzzed my child's hair and also in an uneven manner..i insisted throughout the procedure to not to cut short..plss trim only the extra hair but he doesnt bother and dont even hear my words..every dog has its own grooming manner right?!.but he doesnt evn know abt grooming..and also charged 1200 for that ..itvwas really really a bad experience and i didnt even expect this from sonia pet clinic..i've previous experience with them and i felt everything was good abt the clinic ..i thought its the best clinic in madurai tge vet was good and everything was good but i m really really disappointed after this incident..i dont even want to give a star ..plss jus dont go here for pet grooming..never and ever..nd pls dont false words if you dont have aproper groomer...im writing this with a heavy heart..it was a terrible experience
We left our dog at their hostel....it was terrible...my dog was totally scared and was the place was unhygienic..moreover my dog got mites after leaving him for three days...if u love your dog dont leave him in that hostel
