Their jewellery is expensive and one expensive piece broke the same day I bought it , I went back to the hotel and discovered the 5675 Pearl choker set broken. They wouldn't refund and I had to leave to catch my flight ...so I had to live with the damaged piece ...their solution was for me to leave the 5700 worth jewellery to be left at the hotel where they pick it up repair and send ...we are talking about Delhi and it's people and the unfair practices.. don't buy

Overpriced pieces of jewellery which can be easily located in the near around shops itself. However that's not even the worst thing about this horrendous shop! The man sitting on the cash counter just didn't have the right attitude as he was too full of himself. This shop doesn't even deserve the one star that its getting from me. My humble suggestion to others would be not to splurge on this shop! And to the guy at the cash counter to first take classes on behavior management and to give their staff some classes too. These people are just not right in their head to be carrying out the task. Pathetic and cheap stuff being sold at pathetically high prices. WORST (emphasis supplied) shopping experience ever.
