I really liked the collection here.. The staff is really helpful.Pankaj showed us so many designs. He tried his best to identify my choices and showed me the collection accordingly. He also tries to provide his honest opinion... Overall very satisfied.

My recent visit to Soni Dwarkadas Virchand was nothing short of frustrating and irritating. The entire experience left a lot to be desired. The staff at this jewelry shop seemed more interested in showing off than providing quality service. They acted as if they were the owners of a gold mine, which was quite off-putting. One of the employees went as far as telling us that the weight of gold could change because of air conditioning. I couldn't help but wonder how gold manages to survive in colder regions of the world if such logic were true. It was a world-class example of absurd reasoning. Just to clarify, gold is an inert metal, which means it does not react or change its physical properties when exposed to air conditioning or changes in temperature. The weight of gold remains constant regardless of the surrounding environment, including variations in temperature or humidity. To make matters worse, the person responsible for creating the bill had not one but two to three weighing machines, all of which displayed different weights. This left me baffled and concerned about the accuracy of their measurements. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this jewelry shop to anyone. It's simply not reliable, and the lack of professionalism and competence in their staff was evident throughout my visit. If you're looking for a trustworthy and reputable jeweler, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and potential disappointment.
