Songadh Fort - Fortress in Songadh - Tapi, India

Songadh fort monsoon season enjoy . Fort will be seen on the natural hill at this place. Hill station with fort is a very good place for tracking. The best time to visit this place is monsoon and winter. You will have a lot of fun with friends and family at this place and even the children will have fun. Hill station with fort enjoy .

Songadh fort is situated on the top of Songagh mountain. If you visit songadh and you atleat 3-4 hours then you can visit this fort. It takes about 30 minutes to reach at top, prefer to go by walking, taking two wheeler vehicle on top is risky, because no any proper road is there. Here recently renewation work has been done, top of the premise is well maintain. Different view point are made here, so it very easy to view all round. You can view entire songadh town from top and surrounding nature. View points are best. Prefer to visit in more number if you have ladies for safety purpose, because it very clam place no more public is there.

Fort by Gaikwads. Very old fort. Government is doing restoration work. Currently cars can Go half way to the fort. You have to hike after that.

This fort is really special for trekkers residing in South Gujarat's Tapi district as there are not many forts in this region due to the relatively flat nature of the landscape.

See, this is one of the easiest treks for beginners (like me lol) . Songarh fort was made at an elevator of 112m to keep an eye on enemies. It belongs to 16th or 17th century. . Recently, a lot of development is made so one of the trails is very simple. We took a little scary one lol - we went off route trekking but it was so much fun--! The only issue was we reached the walls and not the gates of the fort . . PROS - lovely nature, amazing views, clear water stored, bougainvillea are growing in blooms in summer! Yes, a dargah and temple existing together too . CONS - No refreshment options, carry your own snacks! That's it..!

I visit these fort last year 15 aug 2021, very beautiful fort, easy trekking, from top enjoy stunning view of songadh city, and dhulia-hazira highway

Beautiful natural place. Road is surrounded by deep forest. It's under development. You may drive your two wheeler up to top.
