Sonbarsa nature trail ecopark is very good natural place for small time spend with family friends and children. Good for selfy and profile picture background. it has been newly developed and inaugurated on 5 June 2018, one would not get much things , but we must appreciate government's effort to avail such premises. This park is well maintained. Intemperance is strictly prohibited. Is it 4-5 km away from baloda Bazar. At the start , rupee 10/- as entry fee is paid, inside the park , there is restaurant. There is jeepy available if you want to go inside jungle. Few wild animals like monkey, barahsingha, deer ,hyena , rabbit can be seen. One of the worker told that " bear " will be brought soon. Suggestions: 1. Should avail washroom separate for women and men. 2. Develop parking. 3. More jeepy.

This place is not a completely constructed this place is a under construction . There are cafee available you can hangout there You can stay there are are I think so rooms available for chilling . Appreciate the thought & concept to promote nature .Sonbarsa nature trail is 3 kms from balodabazar & the forest is spreaded in 890 hect . There is family zone for kids & adults to spend some quality time.They have cafeteria facility for the food & snacks.The entry charges are nominal 10/- PP. There is cycling facility for rides.People can hire Zipsy for the jangle Safari.The closing timing is 10pm,which is sufficient to spend quality time in nature trail. After sunset colourful lights increase the beauty of the area. Caffeteria ppl convert the open place into round table dinning with a big TV screen & music. The washroom were not open & temporary washroom was built for women.Also some kind of smell was coming,which can be improved by the administration.
The Sonbarasa Reserve Forest located in Gram Panchayat Latua, just 3 km away from the district headquarters, has been developed as Nature Safari. The Deer Park is also located in it. In this jungle safari, people have the opportunity to travel by gypsy. This can be enjoyed in bicycling. Along with the entertainment of children, a nice place to celebrate a picnic has been made by forest department.
