The behaviour if manager and staffs are very worst..they have no good manner.. always gave priority to money. (Building 100 Saal purana kachara ka dher)... worst hotel and staffs ever.. they charges money for everything. Even for baby susu (urine) In the bed.
Very bad service... Horrible toilet... One day after our trip from Aaraku, there was no water in toilet.... Awful lift service... No reception desk... Entrance is dirty... But it can offer views of RK Beach... horrible architecture... They don't improve services because none complains.

The hotel is situated at a charming location just beside the NTR Statue of RK Beach junction, so is the view of Vizag from the sea facing rooms(3rd, 4th floors). The building though is very old, needs a good amount of servicing, I found that the owners have done quite a patch work to make it look good internally. The reception is at 1st floor and New Sonar Bangla have rooms in 3rd and 4th floor reachable through lift serving(Ground,3,4 floors only). The behaviour of the staff is polite and rooms were cleaned periodically but needs maintenance from structural point of view. They do serve Bengali food in their restaurant but when compared to quantity of dishes/items separately, it looked overpriced to me. There is not a well concept of breakfast here.
