Its a must visit place to satisfy your tummy with variety of Tibetian dishes. Just yum and fulfilling . The tingmo steamed bun and chicken shaptak was something refreshing for me. Will definitely try the other receipe
I ordered egg mushroom Singapore fried rice. Taste and quantity was good. Only complain they didn't have chilli vinegar and other sauces.
We went there twice during our shillong trip.. Great food at affordable price. Special mention to pork momos... It's was mouth watering. The staffs n the owner were also cordial... Would love to visit again.

I have visited the restaurant several times I usually comes for ting momo and shapta at first the ting momo and shapta was the best I have ever eaten but wen I ate it the last time again the ting momo was uncooked the shapta I ordered it twice like running order both the times the taste was different and really pathetic please a humble request please try an get back to the earlier taste of the shapta because I really like it at first now it's totally different please have a look on that and the service girls should smile abit.
Shillong prides itself on the authenticity of its momos if nothing else. Sometimes I feel this means losing out on all the beautiful modifications that the rest of the country has caught up on. Well, Sonam just solved that problem. There diverse momo menu is a must try. I'm told, so is the Biryani but am yet to try that. Another to die for beverage that is unique to the place is their ginger lemon tea and it's oh sooo affordable! Also Pork items: Check. Located inside the very trendy Tibetan market in the heart of Police Bazaar, it's pretty adventurous to look for as well. Average Cost: Rs. 500 for two people
