Sona Pristine - Hotel in Ambala, Jharmari - Ambala, India

Best in class. Stayed over a week here and had a very very comfortable stay. Nothing to complain, ambience, hotel maintenance, service everything are absolutely superb. Highly recommend it. Hotel is just beside golden forest, so enjoyed the nature and loved the parrot and other birds coming on the window in the morning. Thanks to all staff members, you have been wonderful.

Quantity of dishes served in "handis" is very less as the handis are very small. Inner dining area is not damp proof. Dining area had mosquitoes and the staff could not provide repellent.

Sona pristine Best in location in Ambala. Excellent service given by staff. Ultimate food experience good quality hygine. Nice rooms to stay. Overall good experience must visit for best in quality food and fun for children.

Quality of food and service was not good. Not even deserve the Single Star rating, poor service, they charge exorbitantly compare to the services they offer. A kinley bottle of Rs. 12.00 was charged to us Rs. 55.00 almost five times of the actual price.

Excellent customer service provided by Akash Agnihotri and Parash Yadav. All the staff(servers) were very polite and well organized. Thank you for giving us excellent service all our guest were very happy.

Ek dum bakwass khana . Everywhere there is cost cutting . We celebrated wedding anniversary here . Not even a single item was worth it .

I stayed at the place for 2 days, the food was excellent. The service was good and the staff was friendly as well. Overall, my experience was marvelous.

Location less rates because it's not easily visible or spoted during traveling.
