In sona s means suman..that much we are associate with Gym.. lot of ppl transformed bcz of one man army..I saw some of bad comments on him...I wanted say if you feel cold ..u should not ask Himalayas to move away from..better you ..

This for Gym located at KPHB 3rd Phase. Affordable Price. Old machinery and damaged gym items. Non Ac Gym. Too conjusted area....no free space to do Cardio. Guidence during workout is good.

What stream I ever seen if you go in the morning trainer will be sleeping in front of you nobody to guide and equipment are also in very bad shape so until you are a very professional and you know what you are doing you can join but still there is a chances of injuries

Gym is kinda okay only but because of the trainer who's name is suman I left the gym.... He misbehaves with all the girls
