Excellent place away from home, but all facilities will make you feel at home. Staff all are so courteous and welcoming, have not experienced on any other hotels so far. Have lived here for close to 3 months now and sure this is a best place. Food, location, amenities like gym and pool are nicely maintained, trained coaches and all these makes you feel much better to live happily. Good on hotels staff and congratulations to get my big tick. Keep up great services like what you have been doing all these times

I really loved the stay. The service was good, had some issues in my room's accessories like kettle, iron box,etc. Which was sorted out so quickly. The guys in the reception was so friendly. I had many doubts regarding the stay and those were clearly explained by the staffs. The restroom was so clean when the janitor cleaned it. Hope I visit Somerset once again.

AC temperature controls were not usable at all. No hot water in bath. Guests need to run water to waste for at least 30 min before warm water starts coming. Despite numerous requests to the maintenance team, all we heard were excuses for 3 days.

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the entire Somerset staff. I have been staying here for 3 months now and every single person on the staff has been so kind and wonderful. They have been willing to help with any request I have. The service has been the highlight of staying here. I also want to recognize Prakashu, the housekeeper on my floor, who is always extra thoughtful :)

Good size, not good detail Big room, big bed, hot water and cold air conditioning are amazing. No hair dryer Three days old watermelon still present on breakfast table. I saw the watermelon became sponge look day by day. Laundry serves are very concerned, washed our white T shirt became pink or grey. Some clothes under arm sweaty still smells. I am very concerning if they could afford washing powder.

Ms idua and mr mehthab were great in helping us to enjoy the vacation. The reception and the hospitality were very impressive. The rooms are very clean food was out of the world and enjoyed the best swimming pool and jacuzzi at the property. In general I would strongly recommend all my friends to come to Somerset for a best experience. Mr Mani at restaurant was excellent in his behaviour approach and serving the delicacies at the restaurant. In general, Somerset was a great memory We carry from Chennai. Would love to visit again sometime in future.

Amazing amazing staff. I had come there to meet someone, but then got stuck in return as i was unable to get a cab or auto due to extremely heavy rains. The manager (not sure of his name) and the other staff went out of their way to help us out in booking a cab and even stepping out admist the heavy rains in search of an auto for us. Thank you Somerset for helping us out

One of the best and charming stay in India. Excellent service from bell desk to registration counter to guest rooms. Nice ambience and picturesque location. Good view of lake. Food was deliciously awesome. One of the most variety in Indian hotels. Executive lounge had good drinks and helpful staff. Overall very pleasant and enticing stay. Would highly recommend.
