Somasila Bathing Ghat - Place of worship in Atmakur, Somasila - Wanaparthy, India

For one day trip it is beautiful. Boat travel is good. Seems very depth one. For staying cottages available. Island staying is also good but not for family. With friends you can have more fun in island night staying. You have to carry food tents and all required things of you want to stay in island. It's a good experience.

Well maintained ghat.... with proper fencing and bathrooms. Boating point is also available from the ghat itself towards sangameshwara temple. There is a tourism restaurant right opposite ghat... as usual not maintained well... but u can have lot of other foods available around the ghat by locals.

Wonderful location and peaceful climate to enjoy and also full of greenery places of road sides with beautiful elevations.

It's a place which we discovered on YouTube while surfing and took it upon self to find , view and update. The stairs are pretty old and tells you that they have felt many a foot stomping on them. Not a very clean place and no option for ladies to change clothes.

Somasila village is near to kollapur,(vi) Nagarkurnool (dist ) approximately it will take 10 minutes from kollapur with good road and the places between the kollapur to somasila are very beautiful with green hills, Really this place is one the best sight seeing place in kollapur Telangana and also fantastic place to spend night time in rainy season ending finally enjoyed the place and everyone will enjoy try to spend time in the evenings then you will enjoy the real beauty of the place this has an interesting things there is a temple under the water you can see that temple in summer don't forget to see this beauty when you visited kollapur (vi & mdl )
