Well well well, I know Som from those days when he was a trainer in the Golds Gym Sector 16. He always dreamt of making everyone fit without any hard supplements and always seemed motivated. I am so glad that I joined his gym and now training under his guidance, one of the best coaches I have found after a long time. Though a soft harried guy he is hard when it comes to coaching and a very direct person because he wants good for you and your body. I am happy to be a part of the fitness journey with him and would recommend everyone who is willing to join in a a gym and is serious about fitness, do meet him once and visit his gym. Good place to workout most recommended, since I joined gym I feel change in myself as I was working out before also but my weight was stuck after.coming here in first two months i and people around felt the difference trained by Honey and Som Sir.
