Dear Gym Management (Shaikpet), I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the lack of action taken after my initial concern was raised 3 weeks ago. It is disheartening to note that, despite the passing of time, the issues I highlighted remain unresolved. Specifically, the air conditioners in the gym are still not functioning, and the fans are also inoperable. Furthermore, there is a conspicuous absence of air fresheners in the facility. This has resulted in a working environment that is not only uncomfortable but also quite unpleasant. This situation is seriously hindering our ability to work out properly and poses a potential health concern. I am genuinely concerned about the management of the gym. To date, I have not seen any responsible person actively addressing these issues. It is essential for the well-being of all members that these problems are promptly addressed and rectified. I kindly request that the gym management take immediate action to resolve these matters. The continued lack of functional cooling and ventilation systems, along with the absence of air fresheners, is not only affecting the overall experience but also compromising the health and safety of the members. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and prioritize the necessary repairs and maintenance. Please inform me of the steps being taken to rectify these issues and ensure a more comfortable and hygienic environment in the gym. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. Sincerely

I've been a member of this gym [Solitaire, Shaikpet] for a while, but the maintenance and atmosphere are terrible. It's unfortunate that I have to leave such a review because the training aspect has its merits. The major issue I've encountered is with the maintenance of the facilities. The air conditioning is a mess. Only a few units work, and even those that do, often fail to switch on properly. It's incredibly uncomfortable to work out in a stuffy and hot environment. The fans are no better; they are unreliable and don't provide adequate cooling. The gym machines also suffer from various issues, which affects the overall workout experience. The workspace often stinks, which makes it hard to focus on fitness. To make matters worse, I've heard that costs will rise from October 1st, but the service is disappointing. However, I would like to commend Mr. Esa, one of the trainers at this gym. He provides excellent training to clients, and his dedication and expertise shine through. Thanks to him, I've seen some real progress in my fitness journey.. In conclusion, this gym has a great trainer Mr. Esa but poor maintenance and environment. Management must fix these concerns quickly to justify future price hikes. Hope to see the progress at the earliest.

Best gym and good equipment with well experience trainer Isa. The gym is very well organized place to be fit. Environment is too gud.

I have been to several gyms around Tolichowki but this gym is something special very spacious, variety of equipment well experienced trainers. If you are looking to achieve your dream physic I highly recommend Solitaire Fitness Gym to you.. I have been coming to this gym since November 2021, it's been a year and I am very happy and grateful for Mr. Krishna and Mr. Esa the trainer's at Soliataire fitness gym. They have been motivating me constantly for my transformation. In December 2021 I weighted 94 kgs, it took me 7 months to reduce to 80 kgs. Those transformation days were very difficult and miserable for me, I felt very demotivated and helpless but the trainers motivated me to complete the transformation. I would suggest everybody "Focus on the goal and enjoy the journey" "Hard work never fails and it's proved".

The gym is really great and big in size, it has many equipments for different workouts. And there are many trainers who are really good especially trainer named Krishna who is supportive and helpful.

Very professional place to workout, great ambience, certified trainers,best equipment available in the area would definitely recommend to workout there
