Gym with all necessary equipments, good ambience, friendly coach, very comfortable environment for female for doing workouts... crossfit program conducting two days in a week, which charged for rs.2500 for 6 months... Really this will be helpful for complete body workouts with group of people...other than this bootcamp organised monthly once at outdoor..people looking for weight loss add crossfit along with ur gym package...For normal gym workouts, u hv packages starts from 3 months, 6 months and 12 months etc., trainer clarifies all our doubts patiently, they provides dietian consultation too... Each workout being explained, clarifies all our doubts without any hesitation by the trainer esp by Mr.Mohan...other than this to motivate people they are organising friday fitness competition and encourage winners by giving gifts... Its one of the best gym for avadi people... Worth for the money you pay definitely people feel the change after 21 days...

I started a year ago at solid fitness avadi... At first I was really struggling not even able to do a push up.... But now I have improved a lot.... Thanks to all my trainers saravanan bro, vinayagam bro, mohan master and special thanks to santha kumar... He helped me a lot and supported me to push through and level up from 44 kg to 55 kg was not easy.... Now I have renewed my package for another year... Hoping for more results

Best gym in Avadi Trainers - Friendly, approachable Cross fit - Awesome workouts which is not much repetitive and you would love to do it, have to mention about outdoor boot camp which is really good Cleanliness - Neat, tidy and nice ambience to workout Workout schedules - exercises are given for each individual based on their physique, medical condition and the trainers make their clients to follow the schedule religiously which is an imperative for weight loss or maintenance.

I expected a certain level of support, respect, and value from this Gym. Unfortunately, they fell far short of meeting these expectations. Their complete disregard for customer satisfaction, unprofessional staff, and lack of responsiveness make them undeserving of any praise. The Brand Solidfitness has Value but the staff over there doesn't have that.

I had been going to gym for several months and I didnt gained much muscle. This gym sort out of my problem and I helped me to gain more muscles. The trainer and management are very good. They are being more flexible, kind and supportive.

Solid fitness is one of the best gym in Avadi it has high class equipment with well maintenance and the gym trainer are well trained and they have diet counselling for the clients and having steam facilities which is very good and workout schedule will be provided for you and gym has been sanitized each and every hour overall good gym for doing workout...

Well grooming place for both body fitness and mind refreshing,fat loss workouts given by well trained trainers, All are friendly approaching to the persons... I'm Happy to say this place is totally change my lifestyle... Thank you for all happening by SOLID Fitness...
