Personally experienced the person, place and had my lunch there. No doubt it's mouthwatering and most importantly it feels like relaxing on the high way side for a perfect lunch with family. After a travel from bbsr , took a break for the lunch. Will love to have a break once again. Thanks for the yummy food and on time service.
One of the best places on the stretch. Genuine taste of coastal Odia cuisine with very reasonable prices. The manager made sure to make us very comfortable all the time. Will try to visit again.
Recently visited this Dhaba on our way to Bhubaneswar. It looked decent from outside and also was not crowded. 1. The food they served was stale and probably a couple days older, smelling bad and on informing the same the people didn't listen. 2. The table service is delayed and the food again is of the worst kind. 3. The staff is not courteous and neither in a mood to serve. I had a very bad experience and suggest, don't visit this Dhaba. I wish I had taken few snaps that day. Anyways, I will never suggest anyone to visit the place. Updated Review: This I am editing after the owner replied to my comment and said that my comment can be a paid review. I thought for a while and then checked with all the reviews on the page and found more than half of the people have posted in a similar tone as me. I was at the Dhaba on the 29th of June 2023 between 2-3 pm after noon. The food I ordered was mix vegetables thali. And a veg biryani. The mix vegetable was stinking and I informed the same to the accountant at the counter. The person who served the food did not agree to my complaint. Please look into your business and upgrade the service level. You are a simple Dhaba and you think someone one would pay for writing a bad review for your dhaba? Had I been given good response I would have gladly given a good review and also added photos too. But the whole experience was so bad that I was compelled to write this review so that many people could be alerted. P.S. I saw few reviews who have also praised your services, should I consider them to be paid reviews ???
The place does not have a good ambiance. Toilet facility is not hygienic. Food is cheap though. Has a huge parking area. Food quality is 6/10.
Food - Authentic Service - At best Atmosphere - Ultimate Best pitstop between berhampur and Bhubaneswar. Very friendly atmosphere for family. Repetition to Banta hai yahan per.
Best Dhaba if you are carving for some Chilika Products (Prawn, Crab, varieties of Chilika Fishes etc).
