Hospital with basic needs. Not very good infrastrcture. No lift. No ramp for strecher or wheelchair. Moving patient from floor to floor is very difficult. 1st floor ward entrance have pigeons on top. I believe, it is not good. More transperency required in terms of medical usage. Taking things from patient as replacement when actually it was not done from hospital end is not justified practise.
They have very unprofessional staff. always seat at reception and talk loudly. its very noisy environment for patients. for any help have to call them minimum 4 times and finally stand there at reception to call out at patients bed. at medication store they have 3 members but 3of them only handle one case at a time considering this medical in emergency is completely waste of time . overall look of hospital is very lazy including staff and their un washed dress code. A little improvement in fresh clothes of sister brothers and somewhat professional behaviour can make this hospital more special and can help to maintain hygiene.
Dr Dond is one of the finest doc . Gave good treatment to father. He got fully recovered. Such a humble person Dr Dond . Please do visit if you're in emergency.
Hospital is clean and airy. Doctors from various fields attend to the needs of every patient irrespective of illness to maintain overall well being. Medical staff is prompt,well behaved, trained and cooperative. Medical service charges are reasonable and affordable. Doctors are too polite. Oxygen available. But toilets and bathrooms connected to ICU are dirty,unhygienic with broken and useless fittings with no exhaust fans. Independent rooms are also available
