Worst experience and charged extra for me in advance and when i cancelled it, they didn't even refunded the amount citing lame excuses. There are other options you can go for. There are Dharamshalas there which provide affordable stays.

Situated right in the center, not hard to reach. However no parking space, need to park on the side of the road, in front of the hotel. Probably the cheapest hotel to find in the city. But comes with the suitable features of the price I guess. The rooms are not clean at all, room smells with dust matter, and the beds are horribly dirty, absolutely no maintenance. So didnt choose to stay there. Check the room before you book online/on call.

Located at walking distance from mahalaxmi temple. Got a room at a very affordable price for 8 people. They have common wash rooms too. Very clean, hot water is available. Cooperative and friendly staff.. highly recommended for stay.

I booked the room through online. We reached early like 8.30 am, since room was booked online it allowed us to booked with check in 12pm, staff were not willing to give room and asked to come at 12pm or pay person around 199 Rs. Since we were with family i requested to give one room with additional amount and they gave room at 9.30 approx we waited for 1hr. The room which they gave which was not cleaned attached bath room is not good and messy bed. We have used outside restroom and bath room for freshup. We checkout at 5pm and for two bed room they charged 1250 + 200 early check in. In online it says one amount and when we go there they says different amount. This guest house should modify rules related to check in and check out time which is booked through online and should clearly mention terms and conditions

I booked for two days. Staff are polite and very co-operative and better than other hotels. Nice clean rooms and bathroom. Hot water is provided in the morning. Very near to temple and ideal location. Value for money.

the rooms with attached bathroom was lovely. small old TV, clean bathroom, privacy. perfect place to stopover for a night in kohlapur, that too in a very affordable price.

Beautiful place to stay. Very reasonable price for the cleanliness and the facilities they provide. Staff are very friendly and warm. Service is very quick. Coffee tea tastes amazing. They get it to your room in less than 5 minutes after you call. They are so kind, they greet you everytime. Rooms and bathrooms are super clean and very well maintained. Non AC rooms ventilation is less. Winter season can be managed but summer, you'll need an AC room for sure.

Stayed here for a night. Good clean rooms. Minimalist but clean. Wi-Fi was working and bathrooms were clean. Limited Parking space (in basement and in front of hotel) but they accommodate guest's cars smartly. Attached restaurant has limited options, but food was tasty and well priced. Overall, best place for stay if you are visiting Kolhapur for Mahalaxmi Temple darshan as the temple is walking distance from the hotel.
