I strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to multiple issues. Pest control is severely lacking, the staff's unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, the rooms are full of dust, security is a concern, and they overcharge for their services even for bed sheet they are charging extra. This hotel is strictly not recommended for families or any guests.

Good resort for weekend stay. On the main area so it may not looks calm. Cottage also available with swimming pool

The swimming pool's pH level was so unbalanced to the point were swimmers got their eyes blurred out and itchy for more than 3 to 4 hours after getting out of the pool. Even the swimming dress colors got faded the next day due to high chlorine or some other harsh chemicals which were dissolved in the water and a bad odour was there all the time. Staffs are not that professional and pool area is not maintained properly.

Very unprofessional team managing the resort. The hotel staffs behave like thugs. They are not committed to the booking (will change rooms and cancel) and will abuse when we questioned them. Families should avoid the hotel to have a smooth and comfortable stay.

Wedding halls, rooms and resorts all at one place is a great thing. Keep in mind that, there are dangerous monkeys out there which may attack people!

Excellent dinner we had last night. Amazing food and lot of varieties including live kitchen. A must place to visit.

We had a college reunion event at this resort. The ambience was too good and commuting was very easy. The rooms and the mini hall provided to us was neat and clean. The quality of the food was really good. I will definitely recommend this place for a marriage, small function or people looking for a short break with pleasant atmosphere. I would appreciate the resort manager Mr. CHANDRU who was very supportive until the event got over.

Not even worth Single star. This is worst ever resort I have been in my entire life. Staffs tried to manhandle our family. Staffs are neiether educated nor skilled. They are like Goondas to the owner. If you are a family and want to stay here. Never ever think to stay here. They will charge you indirectly. I have paid More than Ten Thousand Rupees for two villa and we stayed in a room worser than a roadside lodge. I will list out what are all the problems I have faced: - We arrived at the hotel at 10 15 PM. We were told 24 hours check in and check out. We paid and we were directed to our villa. - As soon we arrived in our villa, there was a power fluctation from the generator and voltage went below 160 V and lights in the villas were flickering like a Ghost house. - The front office staff told we will sort out. but they were unable to find a solution more than two hours. My parents aged 60 plus and my kid 4 year old was stranded in the street for more than 2 hours. They didnt care anything. - We went to celebrate a birthday surprise at 12 AM and everything went in vein. - Nearly after two hours they found out a soultion and we entered our room - In one of the room AC was not working completely during our stay. They never cared. - Lizards were common inside the room - No wifi in the villa area - No Maintenance of swimmimg Pool. Too much of chlorinated and No cleaning of water at any situation - So called park, where my wife got Honey bee bite in the hand. - They don't provide you tax bill for anything and they are evading the government taxes. While checking out when my brother mentioned the above complain to the front offie, the resort manager Chandru and Restarant Manager tried to Man Handle my brother. This kind of resort should be investigated by the District Authorities. I have already Made complain with Directorate General of Goods and Services Tax Intelligence (DGGI) for evasing the tax. I'm also planning to take this to local authorities. Family members. Never ever plan for this resort. All the staffs are liers. Thanks.
