Just had a wonderful experience at So Hum. Manager Zarah has been super nice, caring and smiling, Front desk job by Horam has been perfect, very on point and kind and Therapists Chuini and Jenny gave us a wonderful, super relaxing couple massage, with their perfect techniques and touch. 5 stars very well deserved!!!

Amazing service and great spa ! I visited this place with my mom. The staff is very nice and warm! My mom loved her signature massage and I loved my intuitive massage ( Urmila and Rose was great! She knew exactly what I needed and she was very easy to talk to and very sweet).
The SPA in this hotel was a pleasant experience. The bathroom and the therapy room were super clean, hygienic and well maintained. The therapist was very professional and pricing was reasonable for the quality offered.
I never leave a comment, but I have to say that it was the worst massage at all. I started with the Bali massage and finished with the Aroma massage. All that was just "rubbing oil". Wasting my time and got more body pain because of the poor skill of massure.
One of the best massage I have ever had. I'm a world traveller and tried massage almost everywhere. Staffs are really friendly. The therapist Pooja is a real expert.
Still need to improve a lots..towels are oily smell, steams are not working properly....therapiast start massage from face upward position....May be its a safety technique..but it should not be like that at all..anyway
