Worst nursing home ever visited in my life.
No management, manner less staff, doctor can make patients wait for 6-8 hours beyond the scheduled appointment time. Every 30 minute doctor running to operation theatre and coming after 45 minutes means no proper management between consulting patients and attending operations. We have to go to hospital 5:30 in morning for making appointment. No appointment booking is available over phone. Even after multiple complaints staff behaving rudely I don't know why patients are going to this ch*tiya nursing home.
Doctor is highly qualified but the staff is very rude. They don't even treat you properly. They thought they are the only one who is running the hospital. If you book an emergency appointment, you have to wait 4-5 hours normally. If are visiting this hospital, you have to give your full day just for consultation.
Dr. Rajeev Agrawal ji is incredible. My father met with an accident and got internal head injury and was under his observation. Not only has he taken great care of my father's health, but also he is a great person. It's rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. He is best in his work with great knowledge, polite behaviour and great experience.
Apart from this, Sohum nursing home has an amazing staff. Everyone is polite, helpful. Everyone including medical staff, pharmacists, reception, gatekeeper uncle, cleaning staff is soo cooperative. Highly obliged to everyone. I would have no qualms in recommending them.
